My name is Alice Scarmagnani, and I love creating authentic experiences through cooking.
I’m an Italian cookery teacher, Food Trainer and Culinary Coach. To me, cooking is a powerful way to tell stories, build connections, and create memories that feel like home.
🌾 My passion was born in the countryside near Verona, where I grew up among the fields and my family’s farm. There I learned that food is not just nourishment: it’s love, memory, and sharing.
🎯 After 15 years organizing cultural and food events—like cooking shows, festivals, conferences, and dinners—in 2013 I created Cuocadè, a project that blends cooking, creativity, and hands-on learning.
🌍 With Cuocadè, I’ve brought my love for cooking into schools, museums, historic villas, companies, festivals, and workshops—welcoming more than 40,000 people: children, families, and adults.
Every experience is a chance to enjoy the joy of cooking together, getting your hands in the flour, listening to stories, and tasting emotions.

In 2020, I created the first online cooking school for children, with over 700 live lessons and 12,000 families involved.
I’ve studied cooking, pastry, natural cuisine, as well as communication, theatre, digital marketing, coaching and holistic disciplines — blending all of this into my events to offer engaging, tailor-made experiences for every kind of audience.
