My name is Alice Scarmagnani , I am an italian cookery teacher, Culinary Coach and Food Trainer, as well as a professional in organizing experiential events related to cooking.
Telling who I am in a few lines is not easy, because my story is made of experiences, encounters and passions that have intertwined over time , giving life to a unique path, where cooking has become much more than a skill: it is my language.
I was born in a small country village in the Veronese plain, and since I was a child I have lived in close contact with nature, among the fields and the family farm. There I learned the importance of simplicity, of genuine food and the value of sharing . Perhaps this is why cooking has become my language, the means by which I tell stories, create connections and transmit emotions.

For over 15 years (since 2000) I have worked in the organization of events and territorial projects in a public body that involved more than 30 municipalities in the province of Verona . During this period, I have managed show cooking, food festivals, gala dinners, corporate events and projects to raise awareness and promote the territory, also collaborating with chefs such as Sonia Peronaci, founder of Giallo Zafferano.

At the same time, I founded the Il Salice Giallo Association , a project dedicated to personal growth, conscious parenting and training . Through this reality, I created educational courses, creative workshops and interactive shows for adults and families, with the aim of encouraging communication, listening and sharing experiences.
Through Il Salice Giallo, I have been able to combine my experience in event management with my passion for personal growth and education, developing original formats that have involved hundreds of families and professionals.
In 2013, I created Cuocadè—an idea that became a business—born from my passions: cooking, theatre, event planning, and personal growth.
A project with a clear soul: turning cooking into a tool for connection, creativity, and learning.
With Cuocadè, I brought cooking everywhere: to schools, museums, festivals, companies, and training events in Italy, involving more than 40,000 people, from children to adults.
Every workshop has been a chance to cook together and discover something about ourselves, turning each experience into a moment of expression, growth, and joy.
From the very beginning, one of my deepest wishes was to bring back the value of cooking together in families: a slow and shared time, where parents and children could reconnect through flour, laughter, and dough-covered hands.
Through cooking, children have learned autonomy, self-confidence, and creativity.
And grown-ups have rediscovered the joy of teaching with presence and lightness.
In 2020, during a unique time in history, I launched the first online cooking school for kids and families, with more than 700 live classes.
An incredible adventure that brought over 12,000 families into the kitchen, cooking together from home—turning the kitchen into a space of connection, discovery, and everyday magic.
