Since 2013 the joy of creating memories
in the kitchen
Cook traditional dishes in a restored 18th-century barn, inside the Villa Valmarana estate.
This is not a typical cooking class.
It’s a return to the true roots of Italy, where food means love, care, and sharing.

Just 30 minutes from Verona, in the village of Calcinaro, enjoy an authentic experience in the Venetian countryside.
Cook with your hands together with me, Alice — a cooking teacher who grew up on this family farm, among traditional recipes and historic places to discover.
After the class, you’ll visit the 18th-century villa, with its ancient park, private chapel, and hidden ice house.

My roots, your journey
I grew up here, in the family farm of Villa Valmarana.
In that old house next to the barn, I learned to cook with my grandma and my mom.
That’s where I discovered that cooking is much more than following a recipe — it’s a way to care, to pass things on, to tell a story.
Today, I welcome you into the renovated barn, right next to that special place, to share a simple and meaningful experience — made of real flavors, hands in dough, and authenticity.
This is not just a cooking class.
It’s an invitation to slow down, to enjoy creating with your hands, and to discover the beauty that often hides in simple things.
I’ll guide you through my family’s recipes, the scents of the countryside, and the most authentic corners of the estate.
Because every dish tells a story.
And when shared, that story becomes a memory.

chef, Cooking expert with over 10 years of experience leading cooking events for groups, families, tourists, children, and companies.

I design and lead authentic cooking experiences in Verona and nearby areas.
For over 10 years, I’ve created courses that connect food, creativity and human connection, working with groups, families, tourists, schools and companies.
In these years, I’ve had the joy of guiding more than 40,000 people to discover the magic of cooking together — turning each recipe into a moment of growth and discovery.
I was born and raised in the Veronese countryside, between farm fields and my family’s kitchen, where I learned from an early age the value of simplicity, real food, and sharing.
My passion for cooking comes from these roots: it’s my way of telling stories, creating bonds, and offering meaningful experiences.
In 2020, I founded the first online cooking school for children and families in Italy, with over 700 live lessons and more than 12,000 families involved.
