Since 2013 the joy of creating memories
in the kitchen
Prepare typical Italian dishes in a renovated 18th-century granary on the Villa Valmarana estate.
This is not a typical cooking class.
It’s a return to the true roots of Italy, where food means love, care, and sharing.

Just 30 minutes from Verona (25 minutes by train from Verona Porta Nuova station) , in the village of Calcinaro, enjoy an authentic experience in the Veneto countryside : you will cook with your own hands together with me, Alice , a cooking teacher who grew up on this farm, among family recipes and historical places to discover.
After the course, you will visit the eighteenth-century villa with its centuries-old park, private chapel, and hidden ice house.

My roots, your journey
I grew up here, on the Villa Valmarana farm.
In that old house next to the granary, I learned to cook with my grandmother and mother. It was there that I discovered that cooking is much more than following a recipe : it's a way of caring, of passing on, of telling stories.
Today I welcome you to the renovated former granary, right next to that beloved place, to share a simple and profound experience together, made of real flavors, hands-on experience, and authenticity.
This isn't just any cooking class. It's an invitation to savor slowness, to rediscover the pleasure of making things with your hands, to discover the beauty that often remains hidden.
I will guide you through my family's recipes, the scents of the countryside, and the most authentic corners of the estate.
Because every dish tells a story. And every story, when shared, becomes a memory.
